Digital Kennedy

The Digital Kennedy project is a collaboration between the Digital Design Center and the UNCC ITS Department. Searching for an innovative and meaningful way to renovate Kennedy, the oldest building on UNC-Charlotte’s campus, the essence of the project arose from two key questions:

How should UNC-Charlotte bridge between its heritage as a Liberal Arts college and its future as a research-focused engine of enterprise?

How can this bridge additionally connect students to one another, to faculty, and to the city of Charlotte as a whole?

Digital Kennedy will become the synthesis of these problems by addressing three different dimensions of involvement at three different scales.
