DArts Cart

Last semester, you may have seen the D-arts Cart rolling through the halls of Storrs or projecting on the facade of Rowe. Now, the D-arts Cart is up and ready for check-out. It includes a high-lumen projector and an awesome sound system. In addition, the D-arts Cart is highly mobile, with an independent battery system, allowing for projection without an outlet. All you need to bring is your laptop and ideas!

If you have an idea that needs to be seen or heard, a space you want to activate, a film to be screened, art to share, music to be practiced, a dance to take outside the studio, or any other impulse to project your creativity, check out D-arts Cart as the means for sharing your ideas.

This investigation aims to inspire curiosity, creativity and community within the CoAA through guerilla art, music, dance, architecture, and theater performances. A mobile cart is equipped with digital presentation tools to quickly and boisterously exhibit process work and finished art pieces, creating a temporary place for experiencing the arts at UNC Charlotte.
